Service Description

This booking has been shown to you directly because it is not available for public bookings. You have requested or shown a need to meet with Lockie on a Coaching Call & Video Review urgently and would like to jump the regular waiting times for a service. In order for Lockie to accommodate your urgent booking, he needs to take some of his 1. Personal time 2. Time working with horses 3. Time caring for the horses 4. Time from another pre-booked client And dedicate that time for you. Lockie is willing to do this in certain situations, but for this reason, this service has a 50% surcharge connected with it, as it entitles you to jump the wait times, and get services now. Coaching Calls are the keystone service of Emotional Horsemanship. Before you have a lesson live with your horse, before a clinic, before an online course, it is highly recommended to have a Coaching Call. 1 hour, conducted live on Zoom, we meet in the comfort of your own home to discuss your - Horsemanship training history - Your horse and their history - Your training problems - Your emotional and mental blockages within your horsemanship. Together, we untangle the complex, confusing and overwhelming details until you gain Confidence Clarity Recognition Of what you need to go forwards with your horse, your horsemanship and with yourself. Essential problem solving and technique building service that includes a review of pre-recorded video of you and your horse working together. You can send a maximum of TEN MINUTES of video per each Coaching Call.

Cancellation Policy

Please familiarise yourself with the Customer terms and conditions, rescheduling and cancellation policy here: REFUND & RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION POLICY Refunds are available until 24 hours prior for (i) Coaching Calls & Video Review (ii)  Live Online Lessons (iii) TO OBTAIN A REFUND, CLIENT MUST CONTACT BY EMAIL BEFORE THE POLICY TIME LIMIT TO ARRANGE REFUND. OR (iv) Any cancellations of any service or appointment made later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment shall be forfeit by the customer.   (v)  Cancellations and rescheduling are available until 24 hours prior to appointment, at the customer convenience and will be accommodated by the website owner to the best of their ability or their payments refunded in full.   SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE REFUND POLICY Subscription based services offered by this site are pursuant to the following (i) Customer who has purchased a subscription, but not begun their subscription, can obtain a refund. (ii) Subscriptions which have begun, are now non-refundable HOW TO RESCHEDULE? PC: top right corner 'LOG-IN' icon, enter your email and enter client panel. Reschedule and cancel at your convenience.
