Service Description
April 2025, final date to be confirmed LOCATION Karis’ Equestrian 127 Coramba Rd Dorrigo NSW, 2453 FACILITIES The clinic will take place 70 x 25m Indoor arena, meaning that it can occur in all weather. We can facilitate up to 20 auditors in a undercover viewing stand. We recommend bringing a chair for you to be comfortable. This clinic will have a sound system in place, so that everyone can hear the tuition being offered. There will be tea, coffee, snacks and lunch available. Toilet and shower facilities. CAN YOU TRAVEL IN WITH YOUR HORSE, STAY OVERNIGHT, SO 13 extra large post and rail day yards with shelters are available for free to day participants. Participants are welcome to use these overnight as well at a rate of $20 AUD per night. You must supply own hay and feed for overnight stays. Participants are welcome to camp in horse floats- 10 x powered sites available at $20 AUD per site per night. Alternatively, there is a variety of local accommodation available, contact our host, Kate for further information. All participants needing to books yards, camping etc are required to contact the host. Participants are very welcome to arrive the day before the clinic. WHO CAN PARTICIPATE? Anybody who owns, loans or can borrow a suitable horse. Horses must be a minimum age of 4 years. Horses younger than 4 years old are advised to book for private lesson. No stallions. Stallions should book private lessons. SALE OF TICKETS All participant tickets are purchased for the entire two days. Basic and premium auditor tickets are sold one day at a time. HEALTH OF HORSES Horses must be physically healthy, with recent hoofcare, adequate body condition, fitted tack, up to date with worming and vaccinations. No saddle fitting, trimming or tack consultations will be given at the clinic. Your horse should be thoroughly prepared to be in a new place with new horses doing new things.
